Parenting Seminar – 4th Edition Parenting with Purpose: Building Confident Compassionate Kids

Nobody teaches us parenting from the beginning, we learn it through experience. But it is equally important to pause, reflect and understand how we can become better parents to raise a strong, independent and confident generation. This thought led us to take a meaningful step by organizing an annual exclusive parenting seminar to help parents better understand the journey of parenting.

On 14th December 2025, we hosted the 4th edition of our parenting seminar, where many challenges faced by today’s parents in supporting their child’s healthy growth were openly discussed. Our keynote Speaker, Mr. Sushant Kalra, TEDx Speaker and Parenting Expert, conducted a mind-blowing session on modern-age parenting and shared simple, practical steps to achieve the essence of successful parenting.

It all started with an insightful panel discussion on topics such as healthy eating habits, choosing age-appropriate and educational toys, and developing good dental and brushing routines for children. Mr. Aniket Mangal shared valuable insights on how hands, heart, and head are embedded into H3’s curriculum, leading to holistic child development and he spoke about the H3 World School, Tragad, Ahmedabad as well.

The expert panel included Dr. Reema Pandya – Pediatrician, Dr. Hemal Shah and Dr. Sejal Shah, founders of O-Shreeji Dental Clinic, Mr. Aniket Mangal, CFA, Director – H3 Group of Schools, Ms. Leena Purohit, Principal – H3 World School, Dr. Saurabh Kaushik, Sports and Clinical Nutritionist, Ms. Tulika Parikh, Co-founder of Toysaga, and Mr. Sourabh Jain, Founder of The Elefant. The discussion was moderated by industry expert HemalRaj, Business Coach and Mentor.

Mr. Sushant Kalra addressed common concerns such as screen time, tantrums, social skills, eating habits and sleep routines. He spoke about healthy parenting practices and how parents can build meaningful routines with their children easily, just by talking about things the child enjoys, drawing together with crayons or reading a book as a shared activity.

He also laid emphasis on identifying the root causes behind the symptoms observed in children. Excessive screen exposure or even frequent minor illnesses can lead to deeper concerns such as low self-esteem, exam stress, conflicts with friends, or constant exhaustion.

The session concluded on a heartfelt note, parenting is not something that needs to be formally taught. It comes naturally. Only a few consistent routines and mindful efforts are required to support a child’s overall growth. The seminar strongly focused on modern parenting challenges in the digital age, including:

·  Understanding a parent’s role in early brain development

·  Real-life examples and relatable parenting scenarios

·  Highly engaging and interactive parent discussions with Q&A

·  Strengthening the H3–Parent partnership for holistic child development

Additionally, the Elefant team set up a dedicated kids’ play area, ensuring children stayed happily engaged while parents attended the seminar peacefully. We were delighted to see such an interactive and engaged audience, where parents openly shared their real-life parenting queries and walked away with greater clarity and confidence. We continue to conduct such sessions because we truly believe learning never ends, and it is just as important for parents as it is for children.

 Stay connected.
