Job Summary
The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to prospective parents, franchise partners, and other stakeholders. The role involves providing accurate information about admissions, programs, and franchise opportunities while maintaining excellent communication and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective parents and leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding preschool admissions, curriculum, and branch details.
- Provide detailed information about H3 Preschool’s programs, facilities, and admission process.
- Follow up with interested parents to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM or call logs.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for updates and lead management.
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach while handling all customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and regional languages (as applicable).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
- Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.
