Compliances (Maternity Benefit (Amendment) Act, 2017/11A. 1), as per this act having Day-Care / Crèche facility with office or tie-up with Day-Care / Crèche center is mandatory for any organization / company which have more than 50 employees or 10 women employees in their organization/company* (*Download Policy) and more than that it will provide best services to your employees.
